Okay ladies and gentlemen,
We are coming down the final stretch...., Sunday is the big day and I can hardly wait. Oh and did I tell you that Sunday just ends one marathon chapter and begins another??? I don't believe I have. Well I am excited to tell you that I have dedicated my life again to help Team in Training. This time not as a participant(right now at this very moment but most likely to change) I am excited to announce that I am going to be a mentor with Team in Training. (Well the head hanchos have to give me their blessing so keep me in your prayers) This is such an awesome organization and I am soo proud to be a part of it.
So to prepare I have bought the necessities for Saturday. A new sports bra, shoes, clothes, iron on-name tags for my shirt, body glide, vaseline, socks, well pretty much everything. This sport can be expensive but in the end my body will thank me.
We leave Friday night so wish me luck. I can't wait to post my finish line picture.
Also, on another note as of Monday next week I will change my blog to follow the life of Neal and Chaundra on our family journey....Exciting changes that I am looking forward to... I love blogging and I love the blogging community and look forward to moving my blog in a new direction.
As I close I would like to remember and honor those in my life who have suffered, are suffering or won the battle with cancer....Papa Borba, Gram Olsen, Norman Olsen, Alyssa Calderon, Sam Cushing, Anthony Borba..I love all of you and you have become my inspiration today, tomorrow and forever :)
