I got the raffle tickets today. They are $5.00 each and you can win one of three prizes. 1. Trek 1.2 Bicycle donated by Rubber Soul Bike Shop. 2. Remember that the $5.00 goes to a very good cause and you have an excellent chance of winning a good prize. Every donation is 100% tax deductible. Who doesn't need that?

On a training update. I start the gym tonight for the first time. I also signed up with a trainer to get myself back into shape. I am really passionate about completing this race and to know that I am doing it to help save the lives of others makes me feel so blessed to be a healthy individual. (Chaundra the hypochondriac just professed that she is a healthy individual....not dying as Neal would say)
This journey has made such a difference in me. I think it is God's way of teaching me to stop being so selfish. I needed a different focus than last years focus and this was put into my lap. It is amazing how good you can feel about yourself when you give back to others.
Did I mention that I am going to be an AUNTIE to a baby BOY! YAY Neal and I are thrilled and we just might have to move to Nashville to be close to the little one. Dad if you are reading this don't panic.... I am just thinking out loud. :)
